Instructions for using the venue
1.It is forbidden to drive motorvehicles. If there are special circumstances, when a vehicle must enter the venue. it must be protected with wooden boards.
2.The use of chemical substances in the venue is strictly prohibited.
3.It is strictly forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers in the venue.
4.Smoking and chewing gum are strictly prohibited in the venue.
5.Athletes must wear special sports shoes, thelength of nails generally does not exceed 9 mm.
and the length of jumping shoes generally does not exceed 12 mm
6.In order to prevent surface corrosion and damage, it is strictly forbidden to spill acid
solvents on the runway.
Instructions for venue maintenance
7.Daily maintenance:cleanthe venue at any time.remove debris. dust. paper, fallen leaves
etc.. use high-pressure cleaning equipment to clean the venue directly, scrub the dirty area
with a neutral detergent, and rinse it with clean water to remove the snow on the venue , please
use a broom to clean
8.Regularmaintenance:According to the frequency ofuse ofthe venue, carry out large-scale cleaning andmaintenance ofthe venue on a regular basis (usually halfa year), and update the marking and marking lines ifnecessary;
9.In order to ensure the color ofthe venuelasts, please avoid cleaning the venue under strong
light(direct sunlight).The cleaning time should be arranged between 9:00-10:00 in the morning, and the temperature should be between 15-28℃10.Do not use chemical additives when cleaning the venue.
