Action Plan for the Construction of Tianjin as a "City of Sports" (2022-2030)
To establish a high-quality public sports service system, Tianjin will continue to improve its 15-minute fitness circles in communities, effectively develop urban public leisure spaces, and construct sports facilities such as urban greenways, fitness trails, and bicycle lanes. It will also build more than 10 new and renovated sports parks, 500 community sports parks, and over 150 kilometers of fitness trails, achieving over 50% of towns and streets having sports parks and public fitness centers by 2025. The goal is to achieve a per capita sports venue area of over 2.6 square meters and to assign at least one social sports instructor to each community.
