Performance and Features of the Stadium Seats and Chairs
The design, selection, and installation of this bleacher stadium chair comply with national standards. It is tailored to stadium architecture, offering an aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, safe, and durable solution, while also being easy to install, maintain, and manage. The bleacher chair is made from high-quality high-density polyethylene, with the option to add UV-resistant additives for outdoor use. The hollow blow molding process ensures high strength, impact resistance, simple installation, and easy maintenance.
Installation Dimensions: The stadium chair's center distance is 480mm-500mm, adjusted according to the step height. The chair features a front-mount, direct-to-ground installation, with the support brackets securely fastened to the concrete steps using M8 expansion bolts, ensuring a firm connection with no looseness, and alignment along the seating aisle.
Design Features:
· The bleacher seat surface includes drainage holes to prevent water accumulation.
· Connectors are made from A3 steel plate stamping parts. All steel components undergo pickling and phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating on an automatic spraying line to enhance corrosion resistance.
· Fasteners: The bleacher chair seating is connected to the connectors using JinYi screws with cushioning pads for added stability.
Seat and Row Numbering:
· The stadium bleacher chair seat and row numbers are made from aluminum. The bleacher seat number is embedded in the upper part of the backrest, while the row number is mounted on the side of the stadium seat along the aisle using a plastic holder of the same material, also in an embedded design.
Performance Specifications:
· The bleacher stadium seating chair can support a load of over 200kg and is impact-resistant.
· Static Load: The seat can withstand a load of over 1600N, and the backrest can withstand over 760N.
· Durability: The stadium seat can endure a load of 950N for over 200,000 cycles, and the backrest can endure a load of 330N for over 200,000 cycles.
The top of the backrest has a bleacher seat number, and row numbers can be installed along the aisle.
